Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation 60 days prior to the departure date, airline charges and cancellation fees and third-party vendor deposit will be non-refundable.
Cancellation 59-31 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the total cost.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost
Terms and Conditions:

Passport should be valid at least 6 months during your travel.

This rate is applicable only minimum 15 pax travelling together. If by any chance there is less than 02 pax, we will cancel the trip and refund the full amount of the land cost.

The rates are subject to change in case of surcharge/ high season/ conventions periods.

Credit Card payment there will be a charge of 3.5% extra

Unused services for transfers, tours & hotel accommodation are not refundable.

While your travel please carry a passport copy with you.

Standard Check in 1400 Hrs Check out is 1200 Hrs which may vary as per local rules

Surcharge applicable for flights arriving/departing between 22:00hrs - 07:00hrs.

We reserve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries before or during the tour. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of such changes / events.

In case company offers any adventures activities then it is significant to note that all the passengers should enjoy such activity / ride at their own risk as such kind of adventure might be risky at times especially for heart patients, expecting women, people with Blood Pressure etc.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the overall package of services unchanged. However, we shall not be liable / responsible to refund any amount or pay any compensation / damages on account of any change in itinerary.

The above package is only an offer and not a confirmation. We shall proceed with your booking only after we receive your confirmation.

The airfare quoted, if any, is as of now and is subject to change In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you alternate hotels of similar category.

Booking confirmation is subject to availability.

International and domestic flight charges may increase. Can't be guaranteed until deposits are made.

Passengers joining this tour must travel to/from the hub city at their own expense We advise to book 60 days prior to the date of Departure as the internal ticket rate may increase closer to the departuredate,result an increase in the tour cost.

Any damages caused to the hotel/coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers.Shiloh Travel is not responsible for the same.

Were serve the right to substitute a hotel of similar classifitisdeemed advisable or necessary.

The management is not responsible for delay or changes ins chedules of train, flight, bus, cruise or other services The management also reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, flights, bus, cruise or other services.

Children 2-11 years of age must share a room.Passengers 12 years or above are considered as adults.

Full airline deposit is required at the earliest to confirm airline booking as quotes are subject to change within 24 hours Shiloh Travel&Tours shall not be liable for damage occasioned by delay in the carriage by air of passengers or baggage.

Visa information is subject to change Published packages and prices are valid for our fixed departures only.Rates quoted for any other travel dates are subject to change based on availability,blackout dates, major holidays,trade fairs, sporting events, citywide or nation wide events,special event periods,or other peak travel seasons.

Hotel confirmation and airline reservation will be provided7-15daysprior to the departure.

Shiloh Travel and Tours reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.

Shiloh Travel &Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, natural calamities, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
